Mark and Francie Olson began renovating this 128-acre property in 2005 with a focus on creating a truly exceptional horse facility.

Since that time, they’ve developed acres of fenced pastures, each with a shelter, hay storage, automatic waterer and irrigation and pristine grasses. In addition to a beautiful barn, the property also features a riding arena and round pen for training purposes, as well as acres of additional pasture suitable for lay-ups and retirement.

A retired flight attendant, Francie has been riding and competing in horse shows all of her life. With the aid of her husband, Mark, a small business owner, she recently turned her love for horses into a successful venture, traversing the United States and Canada in search of well-bred, talented and even-tempered sport horses.
